Place your incense on/in burner according to the manufacturer's instructions. Light the very tip with either a lighter or match and allow it to burn. Once it smolders, gently extinguish the flame by blowing or fanning. Your cone should glow red and give off a delicate wisp of pale fragrant smoke indicating that it is slowly burning or smoldering.

SHIPPING CALCULATIONS. Shipping is calculated by weight after the item is packaged and we will 'over pack' this to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition.  Most in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days with some made to order items shipping within 10-12 business days.

We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx interchangeably to allow us to select the best timing as well as select the best shipping costs.

PROCESSING TIMES. Processing times will vary as factors include, but are not limited to: current order volume, time of year (holidays, graduation season, wedding season, tradeshow season, etc.), cure & drying product times, and availability of raw materials/supplies.

Standard processing time: This item is made to order and will ship within 7-10 business days.

Event / bulk order processing time: If you have any event, please be sure to give yourself and us enough time to proof, approve, create, and ship to you.  It is highly recommended that you start your order a minimum of 5-8 weeks before the event.
